| @singingmousai HELLOOOOOOO GLAD THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE which gods do you worship! ? i am personally a graeco-egyptian gal, working with persephone, demeter, anubis, seth, and aset. mostly with her aset-serket form. athena, sometimes, but i should get better at it lol. persephone remains my main deity however. i'll share the pics of my shrine later! i am trying to get into the good old tradition of honoring all the gods, even if i don't work with them. but it was a big part of old greek religion, honoring them all, even if you had a few you were more dedicated to. | |

| as of late i've been back to calling my practice "mediterranean syncretic polytheism" since while i mostly focus on greece and iberia, i've been noodling around with the idea of adding a handful of roman and etruscan gods to my practice (again...).
my ride-or-dies are definitely hermes and ategina, tho if i got into the whole list of who i worshiped we'd be here all day lmfao. same idea as you, trying to give all the gods of each pantheon their due honors and such.
my hellenic polytheism practice is sliiiiiightly more on the reconstructionist side? but also i kinda have beef with the recon-revivalist dichotomy that's cropped up. and then iberian polytheism is like 99% upg cuz we hardly know a thing about most of the gods aside from their names. it's uh.... interesting! but conveniently, the pre-roman iberian peninsula had a fair amt of celtic influence, so i've been able to pull info about specific practices from them, particularly from gaul. | |
